We are happy to bill these insurance companies if they are your primary insurance; however we cannot guarantee that our services will be covered. Even though we are in network providers with your insurer we may not be covered by your individual plan.
It is your responsibility to determine the extent of your coverage before your visit. We recommend you contact your insurance company to verify we are in network for your plan as well as to confirm that your plan covers Speech-Language Pathology services and to what extent or limit.
In certain circumstances we are able to accept private pay for our services.
Payment is due at the time of services.
